As we scale, we're looking for a Senior Payroll Manager to lead our payroll function across. This is more than just numbers. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Leading end to end Australian and New Zealand payroll processing. Ensuring full compliance with local legislation, awards and EBA's. Partnering closely with HR and Senior stakeholders across the business Leading a payroll system implementation project Coaching and developing a high performing payroll team. About YOU: You're a hands-on payroll expert and people leader. You know how to run a seamless pay cycle but also how to lead change, manage risk and build trusted partnerships across the business. Proven leadership in end-to-end payroll operations in Australia (NZ experience is a strong plus) Strong technical understanding of local payroll legislation, STP, Superannuation, Tax and compliance Experience leading or participating in payroll system upgrades or implementations Approachable, collaborating and thrive in a fast paced, growing environment Exceptional attention to detail, integrity and stakeholder engagement.
